Shipping and Delivery Information
We use Fed Ex,UPS and Parcelforce Worldwide for our international deliveries. We use UPS and City Link for our UK deliveries. Our UK contracts with UPS and City Link guarantees delivery to 90% of the UK mainland in 24 hours. It costs £8.00 for delivery of our hampers and for food orders.
Allow an extra day for deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland (north of Perth).
Please note that we do not deliver on a Saturday.
Unfortunately UPS and City Link,along with other couriers,impose a surcharge for delivery to the Northern Ireland,which unfortunately we need to pass on to the customer.
Shipping charges outwith the UK is charged based on the weight of the your order. You select your shipping destination at the checkout.
After your order has been despatched you will be e-mailed a tracking number.
You are then able to track the progress of your parcel by clicking the "track order" link,located on the top menu of our home page.
